We are currently engaged on the following projects as examples of our expertise offered;
- Landcom :
900 lot residential subdivision at Bagnalls Beach . Our involvement includes Project Management; all Civil Design including Earthworks, Roading, Sewer and Water Reticulation including supervision of the contract; Surveying and Contract Administration.
- Fern Bay :
Stage 1 of 100 lots with a brief virtually the same as the Landcom project.
- Strata Subdivisions :
Various developments of up to ten stories on the peninsula.
- Rezoning :
Rezoning of two properties at Anna Bay for potential residential development.
- Planning :
Submissions by eight landowners objecting to the Anna Bay North Structure Plan currently under review.
- Rural Residential :
Sixty lot subdivision at Medowie and 13 lot subdivision at Anna Bay.
